Description / Scope of Work
The University of Health Sciences Lahore invites bids for the procurement of response forms, paper reams, stationery items, miscellaneous supplies, flex banners and original toner cartridges for Konica products required for PGET-2026 examinations. The tender is divided into six lots with a combined estimated value of PKR 4,138,191. This is an open competitive procurement conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under PPRA Punjab rules. The procuring agency seeks eligible suppliers to provide quality materials needed for the conduct of postgraduate entrance testing at the university in Punjab.
Bidders must be sole proprietors, manufacturers, authorized distributors or authorized dealers registered with relevant authorities for income tax and sales tax purposes. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted online as earnest money to the Treasurer University of Health Sciences. Each lot carries separate bid security requirements ranging from PKR 3,520 for flex banners to PKR 26,982 for paper reams. Bids are invited on a single stage one envelope basis containing both technical and financial proposals.

Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 3:00 pm on 5 October 2026, with tender opening at 3:30 pm the same day.
