The Garrison Engineer (Army) is seeking qualified contractors for two distinct packages: ongoing building maintenance and infrastructure work across multiple Abbottabad-area facilities, and supply of bazaar materials and stores for military technical centres. This appears to be a recurring annual requirement split into separate tender lots. Eligibility is restricted to PEC-registered firms on the approved MES list (Categories A–E), eliminating many smaller players. The tight August 20 closing date suggests this is urgent. Potential bidders must verify their clean litigation record with government and current MES listing status before applying.
Who can bid: Applicants must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and be borne on the approved MES list in Categories A, B, C, D, or E with proven experience in the relevant work type. Contractors must certify absence of government litigation and outstanding inspection reports. Unregistered contractors are ineligible.
