Uplift and Renovation Works for PNS Gwadar by Pakistan Navy Dockyard

Pakistan Navy Dockyard invites sealed tenders from GST-registered firms for comprehensive uplift and up-gradation works on PNS Gwadar in Karachi, Sindh. The scope encompasses three major renovation areas: the Commanding Officer's Cabin with renewal of aluminum ceiling, stainless steel paneling, flooring refurbishment, electrical accessory replacement, upholstery work, and installation of stainless steel fixtures; the Wardroom, Officer Cabins and Alleyways featuring similar treatments plus media wall refurbishment and door repairs; and the CPOs/Petty Officers and Junior Rate Lounge with comparable interior upgrades. All works must comply with established marine standards and specifications provided in the tender document.

Participating firms must possess current GST and NTN registration and submit copies of both certificates with their bids. ISO 9001:2015 certification is preferred but not mandatory. Bidders should demonstrate relevant experience in naval or maritime renovation projects. Offer validity must extend for a minimum of six months from submission date. The tender evaluation will prioritize demonstrated experience, competitive pricing, and shortest feasible project completion timeline. Selected contractor will be required to provide one year warranty or guarantee upon satisfactory completion of works, with final payment released only after acceptance and completion of trials.

Sealed technical and commercial offers must be submitted separately to the same office by 1130 hours on 20 August 2026. Public tender opening will occur at 1200 hrs on the same date. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
