Pakistan Navy Dockyard invites sealed tenders from GST-registered firms for comprehensive uplift and up-gradation works on PNS Gwadar in Karachi, Sindh. The scope encompasses three major renovation areas: the Commanding Officer's Cabin with renewal of aluminum ceiling, stainless steel paneling, flooring refurbishment, electrical accessory replacement, upholstery work, and installation of stainless steel fixtures; the Wardroom, Officer Cabins and Alleyways featuring similar treatments plus media wall refurbishment and door repairs; and the CPOs/Petty Officers and Junior Rate Lounge with comparable interior upgrades. Sealed technical and commercial offers must be submitted separately to the same office by 1130 hours on 20 August 2026. Public tender opening will occur at 1200 hrs on the same date. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
