Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing & Works is inviting competitive bids through the E-PADS 2.0 platform for eight infrastructure development contracts in Karachi, Sindh. The scope includes provision and fixing of CC tuff paver in UC-04 District Korangi, construction of metalled roads with allied works at multiple locations including Orange Line, railway crossings near Gujarati Para, and metalled road rehabilitation in Town Manghopir and Sector-1. Additional works comprise foot over pedestrian bridges, water supply lines, and solar lights near railway level crossings. The total estimated cost ranges from 1.19 million to 13.28 million Pakistani rupees across the various contract packages, with individual projects valued between Rs. 664,000 and Rs. 2.169 million. Bidders must be validly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and hold necessary trade licences and qualifications as specified in tender documents. The notice requires submission of bid security as per Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) guidelines, with original pay orders or CDR bank guarantees to be provided. Scanned copies of documents must be uploaded electronically. Bidders already executing work with PIDCL are required to obtain performance certificates, and non-execution of previous contracts will result in blacklisting. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system before the closing date of 24 August 2026. The bid opening will take place at the Office of the General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, East Block Gizri, Karachi, in the presence of the Procurement Committee.
