Description / Scope of Work
The Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) of the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT equipment and multimedia production equipment through open competitive bidding. Two lots are available: Lot-I for supply of IT equipment valued at Rs. 5,900,000 and Lot-II for supply of multimedia production equipment valued at Rs. 5,800,000. The location of the procuring office is Gate No. 8, National Hockey Stadium, Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. These procurements are being conducted under the rules and regulations of the Procurement Regulatory Authority and with the approval of the relevant authorities.
Bidders are required to submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPS) only. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost must be furnished with the tender submission. The bids shall be submitted on or before 1st October 2026 at 11:45 AM through the digital portal with all required documentation as outlined in the bidding documents. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening. Procurement shall be carried out strictly in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and relevant government regulations.

Tender notices and bidding documents will be immediately downloaded from the website of Punjab e-Procurement System (PPS) at http://pps.punjab.gov.pk/. Bids will be opened on the same day of submission or later as intimated to bidders. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid under Rule 33 of the PPR.
