Framework agreement for supply of stationery, computer peripherals, electrical items, and printed materials to AGP for FY 2026-27.
Four separate lots enable partial participation. Scale appears medium—government consumption across an audit office suggests recurring annual demand. Bidders must maintain physical presence in Islamabad/Rawalpindi; this geographic restriction eliminates remote suppliers and favors local distributors. Tight closing timeline (8 months from notice) and mandatory PPRA/tax registration suggest straightforward compliance but competitive field.
Who can bid: Must register with Inland Revenue (Sales Tax), PPRA, and EPAD. Physical office/shop required in Rawalpindi or Islamabad—not virtual operations. Typically, NTN and active GST registration mandatory for federal procurement. PEC not applicable (non-construction). No turnover or prior experience thresholds stated.
