District Council Rawalpindi invites pre-qualification applications from well-reputed, financially sound and experienced contractors and firms registered on the EP system for the year 2026-2027. The procurement comprises two road rehabilitation schemes in District Murree with a combined estimated cost of 242.676 million Pakistani Rupees. Scheme 1 covers rehabilitation of the road from Bhopri Chowk to Waghal in Tehsil Kotli Sattian, estimated at 140.580 million Rupees, while Scheme 2 addresses rehabilitation of the road in Tanglarian Anwali, UC Santh Sarola, Tehsil Kotli Sattian, valued at 102.096 million Rupees. Eligible applicants must be registered on the EP system (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) for the year 2026-2027 and demonstrate financial soundness and relevant construction experience. Contractors and firms are required to submit bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost: 7,029,000 Rupees for Scheme 1 and 5,104,800 Rupees for Scheme 2. District Council Rawalpindi reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Any incomplete or ambiguous submissions shall not be considered.

Completed applications must be submitted through the EP system by or before 18-08-2026 at 11:00 A.M (PST). Applications will be opened on the same day at 12:00 P.M (PST) through the EP system in the presence of applicants or their representatives at the office of District Council Rawalpindi.
