Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Chishtian, located in Chishtian District Bahawalnagar on the Bahawalnagar Road in Punjab, invites sealed bids for procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers thirteen lots including wheat products, pulses, rice, sugar, cooking oil, spices, bakery items, eggs, chicken, mutton, beef, fresh milk, and vegetables and fruits, with an estimated total tender value of approximately Rs 79.6 million. Items are required to ensure uninterrupted supply of safe, hygienic and nutritionally adequate food for boarding students. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement Punjab portal, and delivery will be made to both school store-rooms.
Bidders must be experienced, financially sound business enterprises registered with Sales Tax (if required) and Income Tax Departments under the jurisdiction of Pakistan. Each lot requires submission of bid security equivalent to one percent of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft or Purchase Order verified through the e-procurement portal. Bidders must submit their profiles including technical and financial bids in a single stage two-envelope procedure online, and participation through the e-procurement Punjab portal is mandatory for all interested bidders.
