Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KSEW), a Ministry of Defence Production entity located on West Wharf Dockyard Road in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids from reputed suppliers, firms and super stores/markets for the supply of dry, fresh, perishable and non-perishable items to KSEW canteens. The contract is offered on a one-year basis, extendable for up to three years subject to satisfactory performance and applicable rules. Bid submission is mandatory through the office of the undersigned, with technical bids opening scheduled for 0530 hours at the GM/Admin office in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently on the same date and time as intimated during the course. Bids from technically rejected bidders will be returned unopened. All submissions must be completed by the deadline of 08-10-2026.
Bidding documents are available from the Administrative Department at the specified location and timing. Bids must be sealed and submitted to the office of the undersigned by the closing date. KSEW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with rule 33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
