Description / Scope of Work
The National Highways and Motorway Police, M-5 Sector-II, located near Guddu Interchange in Sindh, invites sealed bids from registered firms and workshops for prequalification to supply auto spare parts and provide repair and maintenance services for official vehicles under an Open Framework Agreement for three consecutive financial years (FY 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29). The scope includes wheel alignment and balancing, air conditioning service, denting and painting, electrical and mechanical work, engine repairs, and supply of all types of spare parts including tyres and batteries. Eligible applicants must operate across the region from Rahim Yar Khan to Sukkur and possess their own workshops, stock, manpower, and technical expertise. The procurement is conducted under PPRA Rules 2004 as amended.
Only firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible. Additionally, applicants must be registered with EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Advance Dispatch System) to participate. The prequalification process will assess the capacity and capability of bidders to deliver goods and related services in accordance with the procuring agency's requirements.
