Heavy Industries Taxila, through its Supply Chain Management Directorate located in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of industrial fans under tender reference IT-7167/2026-27/HRF(T)/FOR(B)/SCM dated 29 July 2026. The procurement is being conducted on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis in accordance with PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Detailed specifications and quantity requirements are attached at Annexure A of the bidding document. Delivery is required within three months after signing of the contract. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement process where technical and financial proposals are submitted separately.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, or suppliers possessing a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Bidders must submit an audit report for the last three financial years, an attested bank statement for the past one year, an attested copy of the Chief Executive Officer or Director's CNIC, and a certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by an oath commissioner confirming the firm is neither blacklisted, suspended, nor debarred by any government organization. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate. Distributors or agents must provide trade link documentation with the original equipment manufacturer.
Bidders must submit tender documents by 2 September 2026 at 1030 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1100 hours. The tender document is available on the PPRA website.
