Description / Scope of Work
The Central Police Office, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department, Peshawar invites sealed tenders for the procurement of 10-inch LED displays (85-inch hec). This procurement is being conducted on e-PADS platform under the KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 in a single-stage two-envelope procedure. The tender is open to eligible bidders and firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date as the financial proposals at 11:00 hours at the Procurement Committee office, CPO Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. The delivery period is stipulated as 45 days or as per contract agreement.
Eligibility is restricted to only registered suppliers listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR who are authorized to supply goods and services to government departments. Each firm must submit a sample on the date of technical proposal opening. Bidders are required to submit 2% bid security with their financial proposal in the account of the Inspector General of Police, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Police Department Peshawar. Upon acceptance, a security deposit of 10% of the total store value must be deposited in the name of the Inspector General of Police, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Police Department Peshawar.
Bid documents and NIT specifications are available for download from the KP-PPRA website and e-PADS portal at a cost of Rs. 500 (non-refundable) until 05.10.2026, or from the office of DIG Finance & Procurement, CPO Peshawar. Tender documents must be submitted through e-PADS. Items will be received at the Centralized Godown at Malik Muhammad Saad Shaheed Police Lines, Peshawar. All taxes and duties are to be included in quoted rates, valid until 30.06.2026. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
