Repair and Maintenance of Government Vehicles by W&P Department Gilgit-Baltistan

The Water & Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan, Civil Engineering Division, invites sealed tenders from approved and enlisted Government contractors and firms for repair maintenance of Government vehicles assigned to the Civil Engineering Division. The tender is referenced as EE-CED/W&P/AB-01/2026-27 and is issued from the office of the Executive Engineer in Gilgit-Ghizar. This is a transport support contract charged to account head A13001-Transport. The work scope covers ongoing repair and maintenance services for the departmental vehicle fleet operating in the Gilgit-Ghizar region of Gilgit-Baltistan, with bid documents available for collection from the Executive Engineer's office.

Bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category, duly renewed for 2025-2026, along with receipt of renewal fee from the Water & Power Department for 2026-2027. An earnest money deposit of two percent of the bid security must accompany bidding documents. The bid security amount is Rs. 40,000. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and bids received after the stipulated closing date and time will be rejected. Bidding documents cost Rs. 4,000 and are non-refundable.

Bidding documents may be collected from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Civil Engineering Division, W&P Department Gilgit-Region during office hours on cash payment by submitting a written application, Computerised National Identity Card (CDR), and original or valid PEC registration certificate in person. Tenders must be submitted by 12:00 PM sharp on 21-08-2026, with opening scheduled for 1:00 PM sharp on the same date. The procurement process will be governed by GB-PPRA rules. In case of gazette, local, or surprise holidays, tender opening shall be deferred to the next working day without further notice.
