Description / Scope of Work
Sealed bids are invited on prescribed format under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) for framework contract procurement of store supplies for the SP/Battalion Commander, Guard Battalion No.07, PC, Abbas Police Lines, Lahore on FOR basis for the Financial Year 2026-27. This is an annual framework contract offering recurring supply arrangements to well-reputed and financially sound firms and suppliers having prior experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. The procurement covers various store items to be supplied on free delivery and deployment to the consignee's end location in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments with previous experience in supplying similar goods. Bidders barred, disqualified or blacklisted by any Government Department, Agency or Authority are ineligible to submit bids. Each bidder must provide bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price of each store in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of The SP/Battalion Commander, Guard Battalion No.07, PC, Abbas Police Lines, Lahore. Additionally, bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming they have not been barred or blacklisted.
Bidding documents including Tender Form, item details (Flag-A), terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria are available at PPRA's website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and through e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online on e-Procurement by bidders and physically reached at the office of The SP/Battalion Commander, Guard Battalion No.07, PC, Abbas Police Lines, Lahore on 07-10-2026 before 10:00 AM with signed attendance sheet. The bid follows single-stage two-envelope procedure with Technical and Financial Proposals. Bids shall remain valid for the Financial Year 2026-27. Rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties, valid until 30-06-2027.
