Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology, Sahiwal, Punjab invites prequalification and walk-in registration of vendors for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables and related items on day-to-day basis through the online PITB portal for financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement is for supply of all types of drugs, medicines and surgical disposable items required by the institute on a recurring basis. Bidders must be income tax registered vendors bearing valid drugs sale licenses for retail pharmacy issued by the Chief Drug Controller Government of Punjab. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents containing terms, conditions and detailed specifications from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All firms must register with PPRA for e-procurement on ep.punjab.gov.pk and submit bids through e-PADS portal. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication of the invitation. The technical bid opening is scheduled for Thursday, 20 August 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Conference/Committee room of Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal. Bidders must submit hard copy financial instruments accompanied by company letterhead and relevant tender information as bid security before tender opening, along with soft copy upload on e-PAD portal.
