The Additional Inspector General of Police, Investigation Branch, Punjab invites electronic bids for multiple framework contracts covering the supply of miscellaneous goods and services during the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30 June 2027). The procurement encompasses thirteen separate lots valued from 0.66 million to 20 million Pakistani rupees, including hot and cold items, POL lubricants, office and computer stationery, printing materials, vehicle repair and maintenance supplies, machinery and equipment repairs, furniture repairs, storage items, plant and machinery, and furniture fixtures. The total estimated procurement value exceeds 107 million rupees. These framework contracts will enable the Investigation Branch to procure essential operational and maintenance supplies on a need basis throughout the fiscal year. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous relevant experience. Bidders are required to be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Each bid must be accompanied by earnest money ranging from 13,200 to 400,000 rupees depending on the lot, calculated at 2 percent of the estimated cost. Bidders should have demonstrated capability to supply or service the relevant categories of goods and equipment. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in physical envelopes clearly marked with the bidding document number, title, and lot number before the electronic bid submission deadline.

Bidding documents are available for download free of cost from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the e-Procurement Punjab portal (https://punjab.procure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be received by 24 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police (Administration), Investigation Branch, Lahore. Successful bidders must deposit up to 5 percent of each lot value as performance guarantee within the specified period.
