Accelerate Prosperity Pakistan invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for procurement of multimedia equipment to support the Start-up Pakistan project financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through KfW. The procurement includes one Compact 4K Handheld Gimbal Camera Creator Kit (DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Creator Combo or equivalent), one Dual-Channel Wireless Microphone System (DJI Mic 3 or equivalent), and two units of LED Video Lighting Kit (UBeesize 2-Pack LED Video Light Kit or equivalent). Delivery is required on DAP terms to AP Office, Islamabad, Federal Province. The scope supports digitization and content creation initiatives under the Start-up Pakistan programme, which aims to scale technical support and financing for businesses across education, health, tourism and green economy sectors.
Eligible suppliers must provide a valid company profile, SECP registration certificate, and NTN certificate where applicable. Quotations must include product images, brand names, brochures, and detailed technical specifications. AP reserves the right to reject and return any consignment found to be of substandard quality or counterfeit. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges. Quotation validity must extend for a minimum of ninety days from submission date.
Proposals must be submitted on company letterhead with official signature and stamp, using the attached financial proposal format. Sealed quotations will be accepted until 17 August 2026, with no late submissions considered.
