iPhone 17 Pro-Max PTA-Approved Procurement by NUST Marketing Communications

The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), located in Islamabad, Federal Province, invites sealed bids from reliable OEM and authorized suppliers for the procurement of iPhone 17 Pro-Max (PTA-approved) devices for its Marketing Communications Department (Marcoms DTE). This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), the official government e-procurement portal, and is open only to suppliers registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement. The tender follows a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure, with bids to be submitted electronically through the E-PADS platform.

Eligible bidders must be reliable OEM manufacturers or authorized suppliers of Apple devices with valid PPRA registration for e-procurement participation. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 5,000 is required, to be submitted in physical form as a Pay Order or Bank Draft at the time of bid opening in favour of SGI Account, NUST H-12, Islamabad. NUST reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to bid acceptance under rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 18 August 2026 at 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for 1130 hours the same day.
