Description / Scope of Work
The Airport Security Force (ASF) has reserved funds for the procurement of goods planned for FY 2026-27 and invites pre-qualification applications from suppliers for on-demand supply of goods to ASF BNB Sukkur airport located in Pano Aqil, Sukkur District, Sindh Province. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process conducted at the national level. The pre-qualification process aims to identify eligible suppliers who will subsequently be invited to bid for the contract award. Only pre-qualified applicants will be entitled to participate in the formal Invitation to Bid and subsequent contract signing with the selected bidder(s).
The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the Pre-qualification Documents. Interested applicants must demonstrate their capacity and credentials to supply the required goods. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:50 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 should register immediately.
