For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Mixed procurement spanning sports equipment (archery, skeet, fencing), gym apparatus, adventure gear, officer facilities, and printing services—ten distinct line items suggest a portfolio tender rather than single-discipline work.
Scale appears medium-to-large given institutional scope and multiple facility upgrades (MFIC/UACC halls). Critical constraint: two-week delivery window post-approval is aggressive for equipment sourcing; bidders must pre-position stock or have reliable suppliers. Government end-user (Army) implies quality/compliance scrutiny. Likely one-off institutional upgrade rather than recurring.
Who can bid: Restricted to government-registered contractors and suppliers with proven track record in similar contracts. Typically requires NTN, SECP registration (if applicable), and documented previous government contract experience. No specific PEC category stated; applies to mixed suppliers (equipment + renovation + printing). Army may require security clearance or vendor pre-qualification.
