Description / Scope of Work
The Army School of Physical Training, Abbottabad (KPK) invites sealed tenders for the fiscal year 2026/2027 to procure and upgrade multiple categories of sports, training and adventure equipment and facilities. The procurement encompasses ten distinct items including upgrade of archery, skeet shooting and fencing equipment; sports facilities for officers; training infrastructure and miscellaneous sports facilities; adventure equipment; accommodation and mess facilities for officers; stationary and training aids; renovation and maintenance of MFIC and UACC halls; gym equipment and training facilities; and printing of diplomas, folders and miscellaneous stationery items. The scope covers both equipment procurement and facility upgrades across the institution. Tender reference 01/2026 is being floated for materials and services delivery within a defined timeline.
Eligibility is restricted to contractors and suppliers registered with the government of Pakistan and possessing a satisfactory performance record. Only government-registered bidders with proven track record in similar contracts may participate. Contractors must be capable of delivering the above items within two weeks of tender approval and must comply with all specified terms and conditions. Bid documents will be issued to qualified applicants only.
Bid documents and detailed specifications are available at the office of the Army School of Physical Training, Abbottabad from 9 August 2026 to 23 August 2026, between 0900 hours and 1500 hours. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 1100 hours on 24 August 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1130 hours at the school premises. The Commandant of the Army School of Physical Training, Abbottabad is authorized to approve or reject any quotation.
