For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Six bundled defence infrastructure works across Sindh: LED security lighting at NAS Turbat, facility construction/provision at Karachi and NAS Turbat, abnormal/major/minor maintenance at both sites, and water supply at Karachi.
Portfolio scale suggests medium-to-large integrated contract requiring concurrent site management. Scrutiny-gated tendering means pre-qualification is stringent; contractors lacking recent MES experience or clean government record will be filtered pre-issuance. Tight closure (August 2026) and same-day opening indicate compressed evaluation window.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory (categories A–D); MES approved list required. Must certify zero active litigation with government and no adverse Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation report. Demonstrate experience in similar works, last two years. Typically, NTN and SECP registration also expected for corporate entities; sole proprietors require NTN and PEC membership.
