Supply of Lab Equipment for Electrical Engineering Department by COMSATS University Islamabad

COMSATS University, Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laboratory equipment for the Electrical Engineering Department under reference P70292. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope encompasses supply of specialized lab equipment required to support academic and research activities within the Electrical Engineering Department at the Islamabad campus.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the procurement process. The bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, and evaluation parameters are available on the EPADS portal at the stated website for download and review by all interested vendors.

E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS system.
