Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) invites sealed bids for the procurement of an operative microscope for ENT surgery, micro debrider/shaver system, and ENT operating drill system under tender reference P90238. This procurement is funded through reserved funds for FY 2026-27 and involves the supply and delivery of specialized surgical equipment to support the ear, nose and throat department operations. The tender is issued under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and will be evaluated using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to access the complete bidding documents, which contain detailed specifications, technical requirements, terms and conditions.
