Two parallel PHE civil works schemes (Swabi and Lahor subdivisions) totaling ~22 million rupees combined capex.
Government infrastructure renovation work typical of KP water/sanitation projects. Single-stage bidding eliminates design risk but compressed timeline (closure Aug 2026) suggests limited preparation window. Entry fee structure (0.03% of estimated cost) and supervision charges (0.23725/unit) indicate government standard procurement. Likely recurring contracting opportunity with PHE if performance satisfactory.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory in categories CE-09 and CE-10. Active KP Revenue Authority status required per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bid security per SRO dated 10-05-2022 applies. Firms must access ePADS portal for submission; typically requires NTN, SECP registration if corporate entity, and proof of PEC standing.
