Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the ePADS portal for civil works contracts under two separate schemes with an estimated cost of 11.00 million rupees each. The first scheme covers civil works for PHE Sub Division Swabi as the sub head, while the second scheme encompasses civil works for PHE Sub Division Lahor as the sub head, both located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. These tenders are issued in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 on a single stage single envelope basis, with a supervision and duty charge of 0.23725 rupees per unit of estimated cost.
Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category CE-09 and CE-10, and must maintain active status with the KP Revenue Authority as per KPPRA Rules. The bid security and additional security shall be submitted in accordance with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022. A non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03 percent of the estimated cost is required to be submitted as a call deposit along with the bid submission.
Interested bidders must register themselves on the ePADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk and download or submit their tender documents through the same platform. The last date and time for bid submission is 24-08-2026, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of government contractors, firms or their authorized representatives. All tender documents must be submitted electronically via ePADS in accordance with the specified general terms and conditions outlined in the tender notice.
