Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposable Items by Rural Health Center Tanda

The Rural Health Center and Government Maternity Hospital Tanda DHA Gujrat invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the local purchase of medicines and surgical and disposable items for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and covers the supply of medical and surgical consumables required for the operation of the health facility. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 25,00,000 with a bid security requirement of 2% or Rs. 50,000. Bidders must submit their offers in accordance with the prescribed tender specifications and delivery schedules as outlined in the advance approval letter.

Eligibility criteria require that all bidders submit technical and financial bids marked with page numbers (1, 2, 3) and comply with the latest PPRA instructions. Delivery must occur within the stipulated period as specified in the supply orders, with late delivery penalties of 2% per month or 0.067% per day applicable to non-compliant suppliers.
