Uniform Items Procurement for Special Students by Government Special Education Centre HIC Jhang

The Government Special Education Centre for HIC (Devolved) Jhang invites electronic bids for the procurement of uniform items for special girls students across winter and summer seasons for the financial year 2025-26. The total estimated cost of procurement is PKR 2,400,000 (2.4 million), divided into two lots: winter uniforms valued at PKR 1,200,000 and summer uniforms valued at PKR 1,200,000. This procurement is conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) and is open to Federal Board of Revenue income tax and sales tax registered firms. The centre is located in Jhang, Punjab, and aims to provide quality uniform items to support its special education programme.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax purposes. The bid security requirement is set at 5% of the estimated cost of procurement, totalling PKR 120,000, with winter uniforms requiring PKR 60,000 and summer uniforms requiring PKR 60,000 as separate bid security amounts. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount and must execute a formal contract agreement before the supply order is issued. All quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be deducted as per government rules.

Bidding documents are available free of cost on the ePADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/ and on the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS by registered suppliers on or before 27th August 2026 at 09:30 AM, with original hard copy bid security CDR submitted before the closing time. Bids will be opened on 27th August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Single stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed.
