SSGC is seeking Air Circuit Breaker equipment via competitive e-bidding.
This is a straightforward goods procurement of moderate complexity, executed through the national ePADS platform. Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 before submission; manual bids are rejected. The tight submission window (approximately three weeks from notice date) and mandatory e-submission via a federal platform signal a formal, regulated procurement. Suppliers of electrical switchgear and distribution equipment should verify technical specifications and ensure timely platform registration.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility criteria. Typically for national goods procurement, suppliers must be registered with SECP (for companies) or possess valid NTN and sales tax registration, comply with environmental and safety standards, and demonstrate relevant experience or certifications for electrical equipment supply. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0.
