The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is seeking an Institutional Development Specialist in Climate & Urban Governance under the Reforms and Innovation in Government for High-Performance Project. This individual contractor position supports federal and provincial governments across Pakistan on key reform initiatives anchored in performance management, evidence-based policy planning, and strengthening governance and institutional capacity of the public sector. The assignment spans 156 working days over 12 months and aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) and UNDP Strategic Plan's governance signature solution to deliver open, agile, accountable, and future-ready governance institutions capable of co-creating solutions for transparent and equitable service delivery and SDG achievement.
