Desktop All-in-One Computer Procurement by Lahore Electric Supply Company

Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management), Chief Engineer is procuring desktop all-in-one computers through a national competitive bidding process under Tender No 4330 with reference P82225. This is a goods procurement planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible payments under the contract. The procurement follows a single stage, one envelope bidding methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Detailed specifications, quantities and requirements are outlined in the standard bidding document available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).

Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or alternatively a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The bidding process follows national procurement standards and regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority. Only sealed bids meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in the document will be considered for evaluation.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bid submission is not permitted.
