Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply and installation of a centralized web-based Meeting Room Management System at PSO House, Karachi, Sindh. The project encompasses 12 meeting room devices across the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 9th floors of the organization's headquarters. Each device must feature an Intel Xeon processor (2.8 GHz or above), 8 physical cores or higher, 64-bit computing capability, 240GB SSD storage minimum, 32GB RAM, Windows Server 2022 operating system or above, MS SQL Server 2019 Standard or higher database, and support 99.99% uptime with smooth local network connectivity (10 Mbps if internet-required). Vendors must meet PSO's technical compatibility requirements and demonstrate capability to deliver complete turnkey solutions including labor, materials, transportation, and installation services.
