Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA) of Pakistan's Ministry of Communications invites electronic bids for the provision and installation of security jammers on the Hazara Motorway CPEC-HT section of E-35, covering both sides of tunnels in the Northern Areas Region. This is a re-invitation of bids for security infrastructure on a major CPEC corridor project. The engineer's estimate is PKR 64,939,200 and the work is located in Abbottabad, with scope encompassing security jammer systems at critical tunnel locations on the national highway network.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue's active taxpayers list and hold valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or above with specialization in EE-02 (Electrical Engineering). Bidders must also be registered with income tax departments. The bid security required is PKR 1,298,784. Bidding is conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope method via NHA's electronic bidding system.

Electronic bids must be submitted by August 25, 2026 before 1130 hours, with technical bids opening at 1200 hours the same day.
