For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

MEPCO seeks suppliers of bolts and templates for utility poles in a straightforward goods contract.
The relatively technical nature of pole hardware and the procurement by a major power utility suggests established suppliers or manufacturers with prior utility sector experience have advantage. Closing date is October 2026, allowing reasonable preparation time. This appears to be a recurring maintenance procurement rather than one-off capital purchase, suggesting potential for ongoing relationship with the successful bidder.
Who can bid: Bidders typically require SECP business registration, valid NTN, GST registration, and demonstrated experience supplying similar industrial fasteners or pole components to utilities or infrastructure customers. Specific experience requirements should be verified in the detailed eligibility criteria section of the bidding document.
