Description / Scope of Work
The Purchase Department of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of rigid endoscopes and HD camera systems compatible equipment under reference P90661. This is a goods procurement planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with funding already reserved. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-Two Envelope process and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The medical equipment is required to support PIMS Hospital operations in Sector G-8/3, Islamabad Capital Territory.
All prospective bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to participate in this bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the specified format. Eligible bidders should possess relevant experience in supplying medical equipment and comply with all procurement regulations and guidelines issued by the procurement authority.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submission will not be accepted.
