Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of stationery items under tender reference P74722 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible payments under the contract.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as described in the bidding document, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified. The procurement follows national competitive bidding procedures with standard eligibility and evaluation criteria outlined in the bidding documents.
