Description / Scope of Work
NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) is procuring small form factor tower desktop computers for its headquarters operations in Islamabad. This is a goods procurement with reference NADRA-HQ-RFB-82/2026 under project code P64349, funded from FY 2026-27 allocations. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in this transparent, electronic bidding process.
Eligible bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or a Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must comply with the technical specifications and eligibility criteria outlined in the Standard Bidding Document. The procurement documents contain detailed terms, conditions, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria that bidders must carefully review before submission.
Electronic bids prepared according to the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM using the EPADS platform.
