303 Spares Depot EME, Lahore Cantonment, invites open competitive bids for the procurement of vehicle spares and components as detailed in the attached excel sheet for financial year 2026-27 under PPRA Procurement Rules 2004 Rule 21. The tender is issued under IT No 15 A Veh and encompasses brand new and reconditioned items for C vehicle category. Rates must be valid until 31 December 2027 from finalization date and inclusive of all government taxes including General Sales Tax and Income Tax. Country of origin and brand specifications are mandatory for each quoted item, and no technical features may be offered as optional. Transportation costs may be quoted separately for regions outside Lahore Zone.
Eligibility requires participation by General Headquarters security-cleared firms registered with this installation or other defence organisations. Bidders must be tax filers with FBR registration or relevant professional tax and GST certificates. ITD approval letters for quoted brands in A vehicle category are mandatory. Bid security of Rs 1.00 Million must be furnished as CDR in the name of Commandant 303 Spares Depot EME. Manufacturers or authorized dealers are preferred, with supporting documentation required. Advance samples must be provided for quality and technical feasibility assessment.
Bid documents may be obtained from 303 Spares Depot EME LP Branch or downloaded from the PPRA website. Technical and commercial proposals must follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure with separately marked envelopes. Technical proposals will be opened on 26 August 2026 at 1130 hours; representatives must attend with authority letters.
