PRCS is seeking statutory external audit services for a full financial year (FY 2024-25).
This is a recurring annual engagement for a major humanitarian NGO with complex financial operations across Pakistan. The tender requires ICAP-rated firms with SBP panel registration and proven NGO audit experience — a relatively narrow field. The tight submission timeline (collection mid-September, submission end-September 2025) and specialized NGO audit competency requirement suggest this is suited to established audit practices with existing non-profit sector presence. Scale appears medium to large given organizational complexity.
Who can bid: Bidders must be ICAP-rated audit and assurance firms registered with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Panel of Auditors. Demonstrated experience auditing non-profit organizations (NPOs) in Pakistan is mandatory, with minimum two years of relevant audit assignments. Active NTN and STRN registration required. Firms must be able to provide evidence of similar NGO audit assignments.
