Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for disposal of collection rights pertaining to Suzuki wagon stand fee under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. This e-auction is open to all eligible entity types including individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and private or public limited companies. The disposal is offered on an as-is-where-is basis with detailed terms, conditions, and specifications available in the bid documents accessible via the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ using Disposal Activity ID D10867. The auction will remain open until Monday, October 5, 2026 at 02:00 PM, with online evaluation and winner selection occurring the same day at 03:30 PM in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes and must maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List. Manual bid submissions are not permitted; all participation occurs exclusively through online EPADS v2.0 accounts. Prospective bidders are required to review the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification as constituted under Regulation 26, which is available on the EPADS platform and on the procuring agency's website where applicable.
Bid documents containing complete specifications and procedural requirements are available exclusively to registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 portal. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times prior to the 02:00 PM closing deadline, after which the highest bidder will be automatically selected as winner by the EPADS system.
