Description / Scope of Work
NADRA (HQ) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of wheelchairs for Regional Head Offices and Headquarters in Islamabad under reference NADRA-HQ-RFB-100/2026 (P82162). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 using funds reserved by NADRA for eligible payments under the contract. The bidding process will adopt Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) Technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulations and procurement guidelines issued by the Authority.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or an alternative bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement is open to eligible bidders meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria detailed in the complete bidding document.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
