For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
HEART Peshawar is seeking a caterer to supply breakfast, lunch, and dinner including mid-morning tea for training programme participants throughout 2026–2027.
This appears to be a recurring, ongoing contract serving multiple cohorts rather than a one-off event. Scale is moderate, likely 30–100 meals per service depending on batch sizes. Key barrier: mandatory KPPRA and FBR registration with ATL listing is a hard requirement that eliminates unregistered operators. Tight submission deadline of 5 October 2026 and same-day bid opening. The re-tender status suggests the first attempt did not attract sufficient qualified bids, implying possible pricing or compliance challenges.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and FBR, compliant with income and sales tax, and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Registration as a restaurant, catering supplier, or contractor is implicit. Typical requirements for catering contracts also include food safety certification, health department approval, and proof of operational capacity, though the notice does not explicitly state these.
