Description / Scope of Work
A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department for the purchase of twenty-five different items and materials as detailed in Tender Notice No. 16/2026. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and maintain their own offices with telephone and fax numbers. Firms and dealers should demonstrate their capability and reputation in supplying the requested categories of goods. The tender documents require submission of duly supported tender fees in the form of Bank draft or cheque payable to the Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposits are not accepted and tender fees must be submitted in cash form only. No tenders will be sold on the opening day. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on working days between 09:00 AM and 13:00 PM (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) upon written request. Tenders must be received by 13:30 hours on the opening date and will be opened at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time as per rules.
