Description / Scope of Work
Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad invites competitive sealed bids from firms and individuals registered and active with the Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority for the procurement of five categories of supplies and services. The tender encompasses maintenance and store items, stationery and information technology supplies, laboratory chemicals, construction and setup of a Student Teacher Centre, and grocery shop supplies. The estimated call deposits range from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 500,000 depending on item category, with the largest allocation for the Student Teacher Centre project requiring a two-envelope submission procedure. All bidding will be conducted electronically through the E-PADS portal in accordance with standard bidding document requirements and KPPRA regulations applicable in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement is open to reputed suppliers meeting federal and provincial compliance standards.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain active status with KPPRA where applicable. Bid security is required as specified for each tender category, with original documents including CDR, E-Affidavit and tender fee attested by a notary public. Scanned copies of these supporting documents must be uploaded electronically to E-PADS, while original hard copies must be submitted physically to the Procurement Office before the closing deadline. All bids must comply with the Standard Bidding Document format stipulated in the tender conditions.

Bidders must submit all electronically prepared bids via E-PADS by 27 August 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid opening will occur electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives at Ayub Medical College's conference room in Abbottabad. A pre-bid meeting for interested bidders has been scheduled for 17 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the College's conference room.
