For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a multi-category repair and maintenance services tender covering machinery, equipment, furniture, vehicles and consumables for a district hospital over financial year 2026-27.
The procurement appears structured as twelve separate items, each with identical Rs. 3000 tender fees and five percent bid security. Bidders interested in specific repair categories can bid selectively. The tight submission timeline (one month) and requirement for ATL registration suggest a moderately sized recurring procurement. Hospital maintenance contracts typically involve periodic, ongoing service delivery rather than one-time capital expenditure.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR or SRB and enlisted on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors are eligible. Typical requirements for hospital equipment repair contracts include possession of relevant technical certifications, machinery and spare parts inventory, qualified technicians, and compliance with health and safety standards, though the notice does not explicitly specify these.
