The Livestock Experiment Station, Rakh Ghulaman in District Bhakkar, Punjab invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for the procurement of fertilizers and seeds during the financial year 2026-27. The last date for uploading e-bids on EP.Punjab is 25 August 2026 at 01:00 PM, with technical bids to be opened the same day at 01:00 PM on the EP.Punjab system. Financial proposals will be opened on the date and time provided by the EPADS system. Bidders should submit their original documents with a copy to the Superintendent, LES, Rakh Ghulaman District Bhakkar before the submission deadline. Late bids submitted manually or physically will not be entertained. Offers must remain valid for a minimum of three months from the tender opening date.
