For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
CESVI is procuring fertilisers for its humanitarian and development operations in Pakistan.
The tender appears to be of medium scale based on CESVI's established programme footprint. Key considerations for bidders include the tight submission deadline (25 September for documents, 29 September for sealed bids), requirement for 5% bid security, and emphasis on previous relevant experience in the technical proposal. The notice signals CESVI's intolerance of unethical bidding conduct through explicit blacklisting threats.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be registered national firms or companies. The notice does not explicitly state required registrations; typically, suppliers to international NGOs must hold valid NTN, SECP registration if applicable, and tax compliance certificates.
