Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board invites sealed tenders for the supply of parts and repair services for a Forage Harvester FX-38 with Kemper equipment used in the Silage Project. The procurement includes Kemper Champion 4500 blades with nuts and bolts (quantity 24), transmission belts B-84 (quantity 8), transmission shaft repair (quantity 1), back suspension complete part 4WD with rim, jack and rod including exchange of old 2WD complete part (quantity 1), and final draft axel repair with bearing balancing (quantity 1). The estimated cost of this procurement is 890,000 PKR including all taxes. The issuing organisation is based in Lahore, Punjab, and operates under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage-Two Envelop procedures as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the EPS (PPRA) to participate. All intending contractors and firms are required to upload bid security and earnest money in favour of Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board. The bid security required is 2 percent of the estimated cost, calculated at 890,000 PKR. PLDDB reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules 2014.
The bidding documents containing all terms and conditions, requirements, and specifications are available free of cost under Rule 25(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules at the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal up to 03:00 AM on August 24, 2026, and bids shall be opened at 03:30 AM on the same day.
