Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Officer (DPO), Attock, invites sealed electronic bids from experienced, financially sound and tax-compliant firms, contractors and suppliers for seven framework contracts under the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers stationery and computer stationery items (estimated 7.5 million), printing items (1.5 million), miscellaneous store items including electronic, electrical, sanitary and cleaning articles plus furniture and machinery (30.15 million), repair and renovation of police buildings (5 million), repair of police vehicles including tyres, batteries and spare parts (25 million), repair of machinery and equipment (0.7 million), and repair of furniture (0.55 million). Total estimated procurement value exceeds 70 million rupees across seven distinct lots. Bidding documents are available on Punjab PPRA e-Procurement Portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Technical proposals will be opened electronically on 25 August 2026 at 10:30 AM. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date to be communicated subsequently. All quoted rates must be inclusive of Federal and Provincial taxes, duties, levies and other applicable charges.
