Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Muzaffargarh invites bids for a framework contract covering the financial year 2026-2027 for supply of goods, repair and maintenance of machinery, event-related services, civil works, stray dog culling medicine, solar system supply and installation, and other related works and services as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. The contractor, supplier or service provider shall be responsible for timely and efficient execution including supply of all materials, manpower, equipment, transportation, installation, testing, repair and maintenance in accordance with approved specifications and instructions of the Procuring Agency in Muzaffargarh, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on E-PROCUREMENT as per Government of Punjab directions for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders shall not be bankrupt, insolvent, subject to suspended payments, involved in legal proceedings that may result in bankruptcy, convicted of offences involving professional conduct, blacklisted due to corrupt or fraudulent practices, performance failure or breach of bid security, or blacklisted by foreign countries or international organizations. Bidders must provide evidence of eligibility and continued compliance with legal requirements to carry out the contract effectively.
Bid documents are available as detailed in Section I of the notice and include the Invitation to Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Data Sheet, eligible countries information, technical specifications, schedule of requirements, bid forms, general and special conditions of contract, and contract forms. Prospective bidders may request clarification in writing prior to the deadline for bid submission. Bidders shall submit only one bid either individually or as a member of a joint venture, and no bidder may submit bids as a sub-contractor in the same process. All bidding costs shall be borne by the bidder.
