The notice prohibits double quoting and requires separate bids per item, indicating rigorous control against collusion. Notable restriction: public washroom rental limited to non-Muslim applicants only. Medicines and vaccines procurement suggests recurring hospital operations; services appear monthly rentals. CDR requirements are modest (2% of bid). Registration with E-PAD and tax authority compliance are mandatory. Timeline is tight for document submission and bid preparation.
Who can bid: Bidders must register with E-PAD and possess KPRA or FBR registration where applicable. Typically, suppliers of medicines and medical equipment require Drug Regulatory Authority (DRA) approval and manufacturing licenses. Public service contractors typically need tax registration (NTN).
