Description / Scope of Work
The Environment Protection and Climate Change Department of the Government of Punjab invites pre-qualification applications from national and local companies and firms for the design, construction, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an integrated superstation with data information platform and forecasting system under the Lahore Air Improvement Framework (LAIF) project. This comprehensive package encompasses complete delivery of air quality monitoring infrastructure including hardware supply, software development, system integration, performance testing and five years of operational support and maintenance. The project is located in Lahore, Punjab, and applicants must demonstrate capability to deliver all components of the scope without partial participation.
Eligible applicants must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and relevant registration authorities including tax departments. Joint ventures and consortiums are permitted to apply. National competitive bidding is being conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. All applications must be submitted entirely online through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the PDF upload method. Applicants are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting their pre-qualification documents.
Pre-qualification documents are available for download from the Punjab E-Procurement System website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority at http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, or may be collected in person from the office of the Project Director at Gate No. 8, National Hockey Stadium, Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Completed applications must be submitted online on or before 28th August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
